Best Boba in Town

I've wandered into this place three times now, and been delighted each time. Despite knowing nothing about bubble tea culture, I was able to choose from among the several thousand options and land on my absolute favorite, the grapefruit pulp tea with mango popping bobas. Addictive! And I love the tender, juicy, and spicy popcorn chicken, a big bag for $8 is a nice find these days.

Great place to get some rice bowls and chicken. Vivi’s has been one of my go-to spot for a quick lunch. Although, their specialty seems to be bubble tea, they do an amazing job with the popcorn chicken and the rice bowls. All the rice bowls have the same classic Japanese bowl toppings - seaweed salad, pickled ginger and pickled radish. Been here a few times and have tried online order as well as using the kiosk to order. The popcorn chicken and curly fries is my favorite! Although I feel they are missing the basil leaves frying in it for that authentic Taiwanese popcorn chicken. The portions is very generous and service is always decent. The space is spacious and clean and is great for group gathering. I like to try to their onigiri and desserts in the future.

Vivi Bubble Tea is a bubble tea and street food chain in Boston which I have visited at another location (Mass Ave location which is sadly closed). Egg rolls were delicious, my husband loved the corn dogs and the boba drinks were great. Ice cream with egg puffs were also spot on. Great place to stop after a show, no pictures because it was all so yummy
